The Underground Mafias Army was first founded in 2006 by Pink Mafias. By far, we became the largest army on Club Penguin, bigger than the Empires of the Army of Club Penguin and the Romans. At some point, due to our mass sizes, Pink Mafias decided to split the army into two divisions to handle issues with ease. A general in the blue UMA, the smaller of the two factions, known by the name of Commando717, eventually rebelled against the leadership. He formed the Rebel Penguin Federation. Forever, he is to be banished. World War 3 was fought and lost to the ACP and the RPF.

Era Of Peace [Late 2007 – 2008]

Following the fall of Pink Mafias in World War Three, peace was established across Club Penguin. Five other armies, alongside ourselves, grew to dominance. These were: The ACP, the Nachos, the Ice Warriors, the RPF and the Watex Warriors. We were weak, but still rebuilding. Mammoth became a populated server and served as a base for Club Penguin. Tons of recruits poured into the army during this time. At one point, the Warrior armies merged to form, “The Warriors Army”, and became an arch-enemy of the Army of Club Penguin. We moved to our second site during this point in time.

Rebuild UMA Project [October 2008 – March 2009]

Nachos Legend Shadow2446 supported the Underground Mafias Army in late 2008. He assumed the role of Adviser, becoming the first person in the UMA to hold that rank. Due to his planning, the rebuild project was formulated, and implemented by Hero12985, Therinator1 and Itachi6dark, UMA grew and hit 35+.

Post-Rebuild UMA [March 2009 – July 2009]

After the successes of the rebuild project, we began to collapse due to internal problems. Lots of Pie, Potatoes4 and Wurburt45348 struggled to lead, with lots of arguments between them. Wgfv also got involved. There were few battles, and the army became forgotten. Despite all of this, the ranking system continued as normal. A controversial war against the ACP was lost in which the Nachos back-stabbed us.

★★ RUMA: Revolution of the UMA [July 2009 –November 2009] ★★

Batista1822, who had previously led the Underground Mafias Army, got fed up of the errors by the leadership in the UMA. In an organised rebellion whilst Lots of Pie was away, the entire regime was overthrown. Five new leaders were installed into power. Wgfv, a Second In Command prior to the events, was offered leader. He rejected. As a result, he was banned for a year. The three previous leaders were banned for a certain time based on their actions. Trickster was hired in place of Wgfv, to lead. The UMA revived and the Second Golden Age Began. The RPF were massacred and killed for the first time in their history during this era.

Post-RUMA [December 2009 – Mid April 2010]

In the aftermath of the RUMA era, the Underground Mafias Army began to weaken drastically. The long line of recruits from 2008 born in the UMA began to die out, as a result the supply line for troops was cut. Whilst Harvin, Crazy, Viper and later Notru led the army to some success for a while, his successors struggled to do so. By the time Alfy3 came into office, we only hit four at events.

Civil War [April 2010]

UMA’s status in April of 2010 was dire. UMA was in a state of depression. Former Second In Command and UMA Veteran Wgfv returned to the fold after serving a one year banishment.  Wgfv demanded that he be instated as Leader of the UMA at once. Alfy refused and a Civil War broke out. Loyalists from the Pre-RUMA era back Wgfv while RUMA supporters backed Alfy. The war lasted for 2 weeks and climaxed when Wgfv forces captured Mittens. Soon afterwards, Alfy resigned from leader and a Provisional Government was established by Notru. Elections were soon held in which rebel leader, Wgfv won in a landslide.

★★★ Wgfv Era [Late April 2010–August 2011] ★★★

The work of rebuilding the UMA had begun. Wgfv worked to create a new regime. Within a month  the Third Golden Age began. At its peak, the UMA hit sizes of 50+. We maxed third in the Top Five. During the entire era, we were in the Top Ten. Creating one of the longest lasting period of stability in the UMA. Wgfv had scooped us out of our darkest age up until that point and modernized the UMA. Communism was widely enforced by his regime. Orange/yellow armies were crushed during the Orange Wars– such as the Watex Warriors, Team Gold and the Golden Troops. The legacy of this era lives on even today. This time is seen as the turning point in UMA history. For the first time in years UMA was powerful again.

Riding on the coattails of Wgfv’s Era. UMA continued to be powerful on the world stage. However, over time the UMA had begun to decline in relative power.

Era Of “Confusion” [January 2012 – April 2012]

Wwebestfan, long known for creating the Doritos, established a temporary site for the Underground Mafias Army after the old one had been deleted. Under his reign Communism fell and the UMA nearly collapsed. UMA seemed to be doomed. But Mach’s pure skill saved the day and UMA lived to fight another day.

 Red Summer [Summer 2012]

Benjarkin was removed in a strategical move by other UMA leaders, who wished to lead the Underground Mafias Army. Widely, Ben was hated, and it was his own fellow leaders who made the move possible. The new leadership stood with Derek, Zak, and Coolster114 at the helm of power. After a poor start, we got off with an unscheduled in June, before fighting a months long war against the Pirates, winning successfully. We got far in three different tournaments, getting to the Semi Finals once. We hit 35+ and remained in the Top Five for a month straight. Within the Top Ten, we stayed in it until all three leaders exited. This era of time was highly successful, and it saw new talent in the army. Many leaders who came after first joined during the Red Dawn. The only lost war was to the Army of Club Penguin.

★★★★ The Neo-Daniel/Wgfv Era [June 2013 – December 2013] ★★★★

The UMA fell into a deep depression  in the early Summer months of 2013. Former leaders Daniel and Wgfv returned to the army in an attempt to rebuild UMA. Daniel, Wgfv, and his friends formed a government nearly identical to the one almost two years earlier. The UMA returned to its helm of power, crippling the ACP in a war forcing them to surrender. This era also saw the rebuilding of UMA’s stability and reemergence as a world power.  The UMA saw its rank sky-rocket to second in CPAC. However, it didn’t last. The UMA slowly fell back into a depression in the autumn months of 2013. Finally by December the UMA had fallen considerably. Both Daniel and Wgfv announced that a grand rebuilding project would take place. The “Second UMA Rebuilding Project” began in Late December.

Era of Reconstruction [January 1st 2014 –April 14th 2014]

With the Rebuilding Project underway the high command found itself restructured. A new leadership was combined, this leadership consisted of Lild423, Vetsd, SuperPaco24 & Tacodaily. This leadership was thriving in success, and in just under a week the UMA were maxing 25-30 troops on Club Penguin! But unfortunately, this leadership wasn’t to stay.. Lild ad Vetsd went on temporary leave and Taco and Paco became very lazy. After this, the UMA dropped a bit but were kept afloat by the new leadership of Draco Joe, Coolster114 and Lootking. All 3 leaders returned to lead UMA after the previous leadership left them in a mess and soon enough, UMA was averaging 15-20 troops at every event! The UMA went to war with the Miners army in late January, and ended up killing the Miners off. This caused the Miners to merge into the Water Vikings which got UMA caught up in another war; except, this one was more tricky. The UMA ended up tying in the war, and resumed its attempt to rise. As the days passed, the UMA got bigger, and in the middle of February, the Miners Army returned. The Miners Army was under the same leaders again and this ended up in another UMA – Miners war. *To be edited*

The UMANNIAN EMPIRE [April 14th 2014 – May 23rd 2014]

UMA found itself somewhat stronger than it did before but slightly fell after the retirement of Coolster and Draco Joe. Wgfv promptly announced an end to the solo dictatorship and the creation of a dual leadership with himself and Daniel at the helm. During this period, The UMA triumphed over the Nachos. Afterward, they hit a small depression where everybody was un-motivated. Eventually this came to a stop when Wgfv ended boarding school and could help the UMA at full force. Not only that, but other former troops started to appear.

Titanic Era [May 24th 2014 – July 1st 2014]

After a month of depression and a poor war to the Nachos, things started looking brighter for us. Wgfv came out of boarding school, and many veterans rejoined. Most notably, Paco, Np, and Lild joined for leader, while BuritoDaily, Mach and Viper joined for 2ic. During this time, we consistently had 25+, and even hit 4th on CPAC. A war with the Light Troops heated up, where we beat them 22–2, taking all of their servers. Things were looking good for us.

Rising Sun Era [July 1st 2014 – October 7th 2014]

Despite that Wgfv and Daniel’s retirement was scheduled August 1st, the duo decided to retire early. Np vanished, Lild retired during the LT war, Viper retired somewhere in the midst. and Paco went to join SWAT. The army was left with Mach Step Niceguy and Rocky. At first, a lot of people had doubt for them. However, they had a fun war with ACP that lasted shortly. UMA averaged around 20+ in the war, before we were overwhelmed and lost confidence. Coolster114 was later hired, and a series of coups happened leaving Step and Nice in command. Hope was thought to be restored when Spi101 and Flamez joined. However, some interior conflicts happened and the 2 left. For the next 2 months UMA laid in depression and had a cold war with the Dark Warriors. The UMA then died on October 7th, 2014.

The Underground Era [February 2016]

Despite being declared dead since October 14th 2014 by UMA legends Daniel and Wgfv, the UMA managed to maintain a new mantle within the community that was spearheaded by non-other than the newly formed UMA squad which consisted of Jester, Bam, Trader, Wurburt, Mach, West, Viper, Brad, Step, Lild, Ghost, and newly introduced dictator of UMA, Joseph. This era started when Jester purchased ads on the CPPS.me Private server which served as a sponsor. The UMA skyrocketed to the top and led an army known under the name of “Chaos” to 1st on CPAC. A few days after the initial ranking the leaders of Chaos became greedy and tried to take the sponsorship for themselves and tried to impeach Jester and the rest of the UMA squad. This didn’t sit lightly with the squad which prompted them to reform the UMA and take control of the mantle that was once theirs.
